How to review a store or marketplace change
A practical check for fees, checkout, fulfilment, returns and demand before a platform update reaches customers.
Name the affected surface
Decide whether the change touches listings, checkout, payments, shipping, returns or advertising. Record the affected markets and effective date.
Model the merchant effect
Run one representative order through the new path and compare fee, conversion, delivery promise and refund handling with the old path.
Communicate and measure
Update customer copy and internal instructions, then watch the first orders, failed payments, delivery exceptions and support contacts.
